Two Luxembourg exposure funds merge with two new Swedish exposure funds

Luxembourg-domiciled SEB Fund 1 – SEB Europe Exposure Fund will merge with Sweden-domiciled SEB Europe Exposure.

Luxembourg-domiciled SEB Fund 3 – SEB US Exposure Fund will merge with Sweden-domiciled SEB USA Exposure.

Both mergers are effective 16 February 2026.
